This course explores the structure of the Kabbalistic Tree of Life—the backbone of the universe. Together with Rav Yoel you will delve into the ten sefirot—the energy centers that form its essential components; learn how to tap into the sefirotic forces within your subtle body; discover how to harness these divine energies to transform yourself and uplift your world.

Course Sessions
Every session is 2 hours long and includes teaching, meditation, breakout groups, practical exercises, textual study, and Q&A.
1. Backbone of the Universe
The Kabbalists saw the sefirot as forming the essential pattern of the universe. This session outline the fundamental elements of that pattern and its relationship to human life.
2. Pattern of a Human Being
In this session, we will explore how the pattern of the universe expresses itself in each person, and how its power affects our day-to-day life in this world.
3. Harnessing the Power of the Sefirot
This session investigates how we tap into the energy of the cosmic forces of the sefirot and harness their power in our lives.
4. Getting to Know Your Sefirot
Learning to work with the sefirot does not happen instantaneously. It is a whole process of getting to know and identify the emanations of our spiritual centers.
5. Caring for Your Body of Center or Etz haChayim
In this session, we will explore how we maintain our spiritual body in good working order and look at some of the obstacles to the free flow of energy in our sefirot.
